Digital X-Ray in Jammu

X-ray section of the Hospital is equipped with Siemens 500 X-Ray Plant one of the best Plants in the world. The section has progressed step by step under the guidance of very efficient & experienced Radiologists of Jammu Late Dr.M.L. Mengi one of the veteran who remained HOD Radiology Department for many years before leaving for his heavenly abode. Dr. Rakesh Panjgotra a renowned Radiologist is providing services in the X-Ray section. In View to provide best facilities to the patients Hospital management Committee purchased the Digital X-ray system from Kodak one of the best Manufactures of Digital X –ray systems & got the same installed which is now fully functional. In order to provide the Digital X- ray facilities to the weaker section of the society at very subsidized rate, the hospital ChargesRs 200/exposure at a rate which is much less as compared to the market . The section works both in the morning & evening Shifts.The staff is very experienced and competent in the relevant field.

In the coming years the X-Ray Section shall be strengthened with the installation of MRI & CT Scan.
